To Create a Blog\u00a0Section You\u2019ll initially need create the blog\u00a0categories and blog\u00a0posts then later configure to display the blog\u00a0via Customizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create Blog Category<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  • Go to\u00a0Dashboard >\u00a0Posts > Categories<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enter the name for the Blog Category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on the \u2018Add New Category<\/strong>\u2018 button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Create Blog Posts<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    • Go to\u00a0Dashboard >\u00a0Posts > Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter the \u2018title\u2019 for the blog post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter the contents for the blog post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select the Blog categories under the categories option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Set the featured image for the blog\u00a0post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on the \u2018Publish\/Update\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Configure Blog\u00a0Section<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      • Go to\u00a0Dashboard > Appearance\u00a0> Customize<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Go to\u00a0Home Sections > Blog Section<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Set \u2018Disable Section<\/strong>\u2018 to \u2018No<\/strong>\u2018 if you wish to disable the Blog Section on your home page else set the option to \u2018Yes<\/strong>\u2018.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Set the title for the Blog Section under \u2018Title<\/strong>\u2018 textfield.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Set the subtitle for the Blog Section under the \u2018Sub Title<\/strong>\u2018 textarea field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Set the no. of posts to display in the blog section from \u2018Number of posts to show\u2019 drop-down list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You may prevent the posts from certain categories to display in the Blog Section by check-marking on the blog categories under \u2018Exclude Category from Blog Posts\u2019 option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Once done, click on the \u2018Save & Publish<\/strong>\u2018 button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
